Hello, dear ladies. This is an ideal crochet bag for beginners. This woman bag, which does not require much skill and is easily obtained, seems quite advantageous for beginners. INSTRUCTIONS
Ch 31.
1st rnd: 1 sc in 2nd ch from hook.
1 sc in each ch to last ch. 3 sc in last ch. Working across opposite side of foundation ch, 1 sc in each ch to last ch. 2 sc in last ch. Join
with sl st to first sc. 62 sts.
2nd rnd: Ch 1. 2 sc in first sc. 1 sc in each of next 28 sc. 2 sc in each of next 3 sc. 1 sc in each of next
28 sc. 2 sc in each of last 2 sc. Join with sl st to first sc. 68 sc.

3rd rnd: Ch 1. 2 sc in first sc. 1 sc in each of next 31 sc. 2 sc in each of next 3 sc. 1 sc in each of next
31 sc. 2 sc in each of last 2 sc. Join with sl st to first sc. 74 sc. PM at end of rnd.

Note:
• Work in spirals (do not join at end of rnd for remainder of Bag).
• Move marker at end of each rnd as work progresses.
Next rnd: 1 sc in each sc around. PM for beg of next rnd. Rep last rnd until work from 3rd rnd measures 2″ [5 cm].

Rep last rnd until work from beg measures 11″ [28 cm]. Fasten off. Lay work flat. PM on first sc at right side.
First Shaped Side: With RS facing, skip first 10 sc (including marked sc at right side).
1st row: (RS). Join yarn with sl st to next sc. Ch 1. 1 sc in same sp as sl st and each of next 22 sc.
Fasten off. 23 sc. Do not turn.
2nd row: (RS). Skip first sc. Join yarn with sl st to next sc. Ch 1.
1 sc in same sp as sl st and each of next 20 sc. Fasten off. 21 sc. Do not turn.

3rd row: (RS). Skip first sc. Join yarn with sl st to next sc. Ch 1.
1 sc in same sp as sl st and each of next 18 sc. Fasten off. 19 sc. Do not turn.
4th row: (RS). Skip first sc. Join yarn with sl st to next sc. Ch 1.
1 sc in same sp as sl st and each of next 16 sc. Fasten off. 17 sc. Do not turn.
5th row: (RS). Skip first sc. Join yarn with sl st to next sc. Ch 1.
1 sc in same sp as sl st and each of next 14 sc. Fasten off. 15 sc.

Second Shaped Side: With RS facing, skip next 20 sc.
Rep from ** to ** as given for First Shaped Side.
Handles: 1st rnd: (RS). Join yarn with sl st to first sc at right marker at top edge of Bag. Ch 1. 1 sc in same sp as last sl st and each of next 9 sc. Working upwards, 1 sc in first sc of 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th rows or First Shaped Side. Ch 30 for handle. Skip next 13 sc.
Working downwards, 1 sc in last sc of 5th, 4th, 3rd, 2nd and 1st rows of First Shaped Side. 1 sc in each of next 20 sc. Working upwards, 1 sc in first sc of 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th rows or Second Shaped Side. Ch 30 for handle. Skip next 13 sc. Working downwards, 1 sc in last sc of 5th, 4th, 3rd, 2nd and 1st rows of Second Shaped Side. 1 sc in each of last 10 sc. Join with sl st to first sc.
2nd rnd: Ch 1. 1 sc in each sc and 1 sc in each ch around. Join with sl st to first sc.
